TransAmerica Life Insurance Company offers term life, universal life, variable life, and fixed annuities. Its term life insurance policies are flexible, with competitive pricing. These policies can be renewed to age 95. Features of these policies are as follows:
- Can be purchased for 10, 15, 20, and 30 year terms.
- Level premiums, with competitive rates and risk classes
- Guaranteed convertibility to any of the company’s universal life insurance policies through age 70
- Preferred Plus class may be converted to age 75
- Waiver of premium rider (if you are totally disabled, this rider waives your premium)
- A Preferred Plus category for the healthiest individuals, with a minimum face value of $250,000.
- Accelerated death benefit (If you become terminally ill, you may use a portion of the funds before death.)
- Conditional exchange
- Yearly renewable term life policies
- A one-year level premium, but guaranteed premiums for the first five years
- Guaranteed conversion to any of the company’s universal life insurance policies through age 70

- Preferred nonsmoker premiums
