Brokers National Life Assurance Company was formed in 1986 as the Iowa Life Assurance Company. The company purchased Statesman Life Insurance Company in 1991, and merged with the United Arkansas Life Assurance Company in 1994. It has expanded into over 36 states and continues to grow. Brokers national Life has a conservative investment philosophy and avoids investing clients’ money in real estate, junk bonds, or derivatives. Its total assets are $24 million, with $37 million in net life insurance.
